Kevin D. Clancy Jr., MBA, PMP, currently serves as the Vice President of Talent Management and HR Services at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where responsibilities include leading talent management strategies and enhancing employee engagement and relations. Previously, Kevin held multiple leadership roles at Gilbane Building Company, focusing on global learning and development for over 3,000 employees, and directed learning and talent functions at inVentiv Health for more than 15,000 employees globally. Kevin's extensive experience spans roles in performance consulting at Fidelity Investments and training consulting at State Street Bank, along with early financial and operations positions. Kevin holds an MBA from Bryant University and a BS in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
