Senior Project Lead at Dana

Britney Davis has a diverse work experience in the fields of project management, STEM education, and engineering. Britney is currently working as a Senior Project Lead at Dana Incorporated since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a STEM Workforce Development Manager at the Philadelphia Education Fund from June 2021 to September 2022. In this role, they collaborated with STEM organizations, managed programming, and created communication content for science programs.

From August 2020 to May 2021, Britney served as a Middle School Science and PreMed Elective teacher at The Sheldon Adelson Educational Campus, where they taught phenomena-based learning curriculum and managed inquiry-based project learning.

Before that, they worked as a Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math (STEAM) Director at the Girl Scouts of Southern Nevada from July 2017 to May 2020. In this role, they increased program delivery, established community partnerships, and organized a STEAM Career Conference.

Britney also has past experience as a Management Development Program participant at Precision Castparts from July 2015 to July 2017, where they implemented cost reduction projects and applied 5S principles. Additionally, they worked as a Process Automation Engineer Intern and a Production Engineering Intern at Dow in 2014 and 2013 respectively.

Britney Davis attended J. R. Masterman High School from 2007 to 2011. Britney then pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Chemical Engineering at Villanova University from 2011 to 2015. Britney also obtained additional certifications, including the Google Project Management Certificate from Coursera in 2022, the Project Management: Technical Projects certification from LinkedIn in 2021, and the Girl Scout Gold Award from Girl Scouts of the USA in 2011.
