Rachel Johns

Rachel Johns has extensive experience in supplier quality engineering and development, currently serving as a Senior Supplier Development Engineer at Dana Incorporated since January 2023. Previously, Rachel held positions as an Advanced Supplier Quality Engineer at Adient, and as a Supplier Quality Development Manager and Supplier Quality Supervisor at Eberspaecher, where responsibilities included managing supplier relations and leading global standardization initiatives. Additional roles at Inergy Automotive Systems and Karmann LLC involved the assessment and performance management of suppliers, quality process development, and problem-solving in accordance with industry standards. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, pursuing education further at Schoolcraft College and Eastern Michigan University.
