Smita Menon

Smita Menon is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Director of Human Resources at Danaher Corporation since August 2023, Smita previously held the position of Director, HRBP at Freshworks from December 2021 to August 2023. Smita's career includes roles such as Leader of People Consulting (APJC) at Cisco and Senior HR Business Partner for Global Infrastructure Services at Wipro Limited, where oversight of HR for multiple verticals was a key responsibility. Prior experience includes significant contributions at NTPC Ltd in various capacities within HRD, focusing on employer branding, policy formulation, and leadership development.
