Mark Springett is an experienced professional in the field of food science, currently serving as Enzyme Strategy & Science Manager at Danone Nutricia Research since November 2014. Previously, Mark held the position of Flavour Science Manager at Danone Research and worked as an Application Manager at Neotronics Ltd, specializing in Electronic nose systems. Additional experience includes serving as a Senior Scientific Officer at the Food Research Institute, focusing on flavour food interactions, and as a Senior Research Officer at the Campden & Chorleywood Food Research Association, where Mark headed the Flavour and Taint Group. Mark holds a PhD in Food Science from the University of Reading and has completed A levels in Science at the University of Worcester and Aberystwyth University.
