Russ Bieri has over three decades of experience in quality management and food safety, currently serving as a Quality Manager at Danone since November 2006. Previously held roles include Utilities and Environmental Supervisor, Quality Systems and Environmental Engineer, and Sanitation Manager, where responsibilities included coordinating internal food safety audits, educating staff, and overseeing sanitation processes. Prior experience at Wixon involved roles in Quality and Food Safety. Russ Bieri holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from Carroll University, earned between 1989 and 1992.
