Karen Bonner

Karen Bonner has an extensive background in finance and operations. Karen began their career in 2010 as an Audit Associate at Ernst & Young, where they performed audits and analyzed financial statements for real estate and consumer clients. In 2012, they joined Intel Corporation as an Operations Finance MBA Intern. That same year, they also became Co-Founder & CFO of Red Duck Foods, Inc., where they oversaw the annual and quarterly budgeting and drove sustainable progress by developing ROI performance trackers and measuring tools. In 2019, they joined Grey Whale Strategies LLC as a Principal Consultant, leveraging their deep financial expertise to position growth-oriented companies for rapid development by providing financial scaling solutions as contract CFO and controller. In 2020, they became the VP of Finance at CloudWork | PRO, overseeing the budget, leading quarterly planning meetings, and reporting on performance versus targets. Karen also joined Amplion as a Controller, overseeing investor reporting and cap table for the VC-backed B2B SaaS company, managing the financial close process, and creating strategic funding plans. In 2022, they will join Dapi as VP of Finance.

Karen Bonner earned their MBA in Entrepreneurship from the University of Oregon - Charles H. Lundquist College of Business between 2011 and 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Economics and French from Pomona College between 2006 and 2010.
