Mo'men Abu Salem has a diverse work experience in supply planning, production engineering, warehouse management, quality assurance, and supply chain planning. Mo’men began their career at Hikma Pharmaceuticals as a Supply Chain Planner intern. Mo’men then worked at The Saudi Jordanian Industrial Development Company as a Quality Assurance Engineer, specializing in GMP. Later, they joined Injaz Supply & Distribution Company as a Supply Chain & Warehouse Management System Officer, where they managed warehouse operations and implemented standardized procurement and logistics procedures. Mo’men also had a role in Patchi as an Assistant Branch Manager. Currently, they are working at Dar Al Dawa Development & Investment Co as a Supply Planning Engineer, responsible for coordinating production processes and ensuring their efficiency.
