Gillian Empringham Fcipd

Gillian Empringham FCIPD has extensive work experience in various leadership and human resources roles. Gillian is currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Sidara. Prior to this, they held the position of Non Executive Director and Chair of RemCo at Dar, as well as the Group Head of Organisation Development at Dar.

Gillian also has experience working at Penspen, where they served as the Executive Vice President for Human Resources and Business Services. Additionally, they held the role of Executive Vice President for Human Resources at Penspen.

Gillian has also worked at Sony as the Head of HR Operations (Interim) and at Virgin as the People Projects Manager (Interim Assignment).

Earlier in their career, they served as the Regional HR Director for the UK and Ireland at Johnson Controls and as the Depot Support Manager/Project lead HR at DHL Exel Supply Chain.

Gillian began their career at Exel, where they held the positions of Operations Manager and Project Implementation Manager - Europe.

Gillian Empringham FCIPD obtained a BA (Hons) degree in European Business and French from the University of Leicester in the period from 1992 to 1996. Later, they pursued a PG Dip in Personnel Management at DeMontfort University from 2004 to 2006. In 1994 and 1995, they also earned a Diplome in Commerce Internationales from Ecole Superiere des Techniques de Gestion.
