M.D. Saiful Islam Sajib (CHRG,CPMP)

Md. Saiful Islam Sajib has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Md. Saiful Islam currently holds the position of Deputy Manager - HR (Compensation Benefits, Payroll & PMS) at Daraz, where their responsibilities include managing compensation benefits, payroll, and performance management. Prior to this role, they served as an Assistant Manager (Compensation Benefits, Payroll & PMS) at Daraz, where they were responsible for payroll management and compensation benefits management for the entire organization and its subsidiaries. Md. Saiful Islam also gained experience as a Senior Executive (Compensation Benefits & HRIS) at Daraz, where they focused on compensation benefits and HRIS management.

Before joining Daraz, Sajib worked at Digicon Technologies Ltd as a Sr. Executive (HR Generalist), where they were involved in HR operations, HRIS management, and compensation & benefits management, including payroll preparation and executing competitive benefits schemes.

Md. Saiful Islam also worked at Talent Centric as an HR Associate (Talent acquisition & Recruitment), where they were responsible for talent acquisition, talent mapping, employer branding, job analysis, and the recruitment process. Prior to that, they completed their Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Management from the National University of Bangladesh in 2014. Before their MBA, Sajib earned a BBS (Hon's) degree in Management from the National University of Bangladesh from 2008 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Sajib has obtained various certifications, including the Certified Human Resources Generalist (CHRG) from the Malaysian Institute of Human Resource Management (MIHRM) in 2019 and the Certified Performance Management Professional (CPMP) from the Cambridge Academy of Professionals in 2023. Md. Saiful Islam has also completed additional training and obtained certifications in topics such as salary income tax management, strategic human resources, employer branding, and organizational learning and development.
