Omaima Islah's work experience includes various roles spanning different companies. Omaima started their career as a Relationship Officer at Faysal Bank Limited in January 2019, where they worked until May 2019. In September 2019, they joined Daraz as a Customer Service Specialist and held this position until March 2021. In March 2021, they transitioned to the role of a Claims Specialist at Daraz and worked until December 2021. In December 2021, Omaima assumed the position of a Community Manager at Daraz, where they are currently responsible for managing social media channels and promptly responding to customer inquiries on platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Omaima Islah attended Iqra University (Official) from 2020 to 2024, where they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration degree specializing in Marketing.
