Niharica Sand

Niharica Sand has a diverse work history in various HR and talent management roles. Niharica is currently working at Daraz as the Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. Prior to this, they worked as the Regional Head of HRBP at Daraz. Before joining Daraz, Niharica was the HR Director at REDHILL and also served as the HR Manager at the same company. Niharica has also worked as a Learning & Development Program Manager at Global Coaching Lab LLP, where they focused on sales excellence and execution effectiveness. In addition, Niharica worked as an IT Talent Acquisition Consultant at Sciente International P/L. Niharica has also founded their own consultancy, Niharica Sand Consultancy. Earlier in their career, they worked as an HR Executive at GoldenSource and as an Associate Manager at Standard Chartered Bank, where they were part of the team responsible for implementing the company's internal customer service philosophy across the South East Asia region.

Niharica Sand attended Dhirubhai Ambani International School from 2004 to 2006, where they pursued an International Baccalaureate Diploma. Following that, from 2006 to 2010, they studied at Singapore Management University, earning a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Economics and Finance.
