Craig Keough

Craig Keough has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Craig currently works for Fossil Group, Inc. as the Head of Compensation & Benefits for the EMEA & APAC region, where they adjust and tailors global compensation and benefit strategies. Craig manages the merit review process, performs job and market analyses, prepares salary surveys, and harmonizes compensation and benefit practices. Prior to Fossil Group, Inc., Craig worked for Aetna, a CVS Health Company, as a Senior HR Operations Specialist and Payroll Specialist, where they maintained employee records, managed garnishment processes, and processed job and pay related change requests. Craig also worked as a Production Assistant and an Audio/Visual Technician at different companies. Craig has experience at Citi as well, serving as a Compensation and Vendor Analyst and a Disability Management Supervisor, where they coordinated compensation payments, updated annual processes, maintained procedural documents, and supervised a disability management team.

Craig Keough attended the New England School of Communications from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications.
