Rameez Shahid

Rameez Shahid has a strong background in operations and supply chain management. Rameez is currently working as an Operation Excellence Lead at Daraz, where they are responsible for driving lean management practices, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring quality management and SOP compliance. Rameez also leads training and development programs for staff and works on facilities design based on LEAN principles. Prior to that, Rameez worked at Nestlé as a Supply Chain Team Lead, where they demonstrated expertise in decision making, problem resolution, and optimizing time and resources. Rameez also worked as a Transport Specialist at Nestlé. Before joining Nestlé, Rameez was employed at Engro Eximp Agriproducts Ltd., where they held the roles of HSE Incharge and HSE Engineer.
