Zeeshan Shiraz has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Zeeshan'smost recent position is Regional Head of Search Operations at Daraz, where they lead a team of 5 Country Managers and 22 operational team members across 5 countries in South Asia. Zeeshan is responsible for improving user engagement and conversion rates from the search channel for each market, as well as analyzing business and demand trends. Prior to this, Zeeshan worked at Lazada as the Head of Guided Shopping - Traffic, Search Operations & Lazada Feed Channel, where they managed the search and recommendation channel and optimized customer journeys on all Lazada platforms. Zeeshan also led the launch of new app features and conducted trainings on search optimization and user journey. Zeeshan has also held positions at 3ciety, Daraz.pk, TradeKey, Lazada Group, and EC-Council, where they gained experience in operations, marketing, and business development roles. Zeeshan Shiraz completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing & Management from Bahria University between the years 2007 and 2011. Zeeshan then pursued a Masters in International Business from Monash University, where they studied International Business from 2012 to 2013.
