Marie-Claude Milot has extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Marie-Claude is currently the Head of People, Culture, and Engagement at Darigold since 2017, where they lead a global HR organization and aligns the HR function with the company's business strategy. Prior to this, from 2012 to 2016, Milot worked at IEWC, first as the Business Unit Director for the US West Region, responsible for sales and business operations, and then as the Chief Human Resources Officer, where they led the global HR function and aligned HR strategies with the company's business goals. From 2012 to 2012, they served as the Group Vice President Human Resources at Broan-NuTone LLC, managing global HR capabilities. From 2006 to 2012, Milot worked at Johnson Controls, first as HR Director for various divisions including Global Industrial Refrigeration and European/African operations, and then as HR Director for Operations and Home Office, where they managed global HR operations and a large team. Earlier in their career, they held HR leadership positions at Exel Logistics, Johnson Controls, Mercer, and Aéroports de Montréal.

Marie-Claude Milot pursued their education in a chronological order. Marie-Claude began their studies at Université Laval from 1988 to 1991, where they earned their Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Relations. Later on, they attended Cornell University and completed a Financial Management Certificate in 2014. Lastly, they enrolled at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and focused on Accelerating Sales Force Performance, completing their studies in 2015.
