Puntarika Ratanatriwong

Puntarika Ratanatriwong has over 18 years of work experience in the food industry. Puntarika began their career in 2003 as a Scientific Support Researcher at Nestlé. In 2004, they joined Naresuan University as a Professor and Manager of the ASEAN-American Industrial Food Consulting Center (AAIF). In 2018, they became the Director of QA and PD at New Direction Foods. In 2019, they moved to Z0Cal Inc as the Director of Research and Development. In 2021, they joined Beyond Meat as a Senior Scientist Innovation. Currently, they are the Director of Research & Development at Daring.

Puntarika Ratanatriwong obtained a Bachelor's degree in Food Product Development from Kasetsart University between 1991 and 1995. Puntarika then went on to The Ohio State University, where they received a Master's degree in Food Science and Technology from 1998 to 2001. Puntarika concluded their education at The Ohio State University with a Ph.D in Food Science and Technology from 2001 to 2004. In addition, Ratanatriwong has obtained certifications in Communicating to Drive People to Take Action from LinkedIn in November 2021, FSSC 22000 Prerequisite Programs/Mastering FSSC 22000 Version 5/Internal Auditing for FSSC 22000 from Registrar Corp in 2020, HACCP Practitioner from North Carolina State University, Licensed Pasteurizer Authority from CDFA, and SQF Practioner from GFSI.
