Charlotte Blot has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Charlotte is currently serving as the Head of Operational Marketing at DĒVOR since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Printemps for seven years, starting in October 2014. During their time at Printemps, they held various roles including Marketing Manager in the Partnerships division, where they were responsible for developing the marketing strategy for Printemps Haussmann International & Local Customers. Charlotte also served as the Marketing Project Manager in the International Customers division. Before their tenure at Printemps, Charlotte worked at Hermes as a Trade Marketing Coordinator in Asia from April 2012 to April 2014. Charlotte also had a brief stint at Hermes as a Cost Manager Assistant from February 2011 to July 2011. Charlotte began their career in 2009 as a Sales Assistant at Prada.

Charlotte Blot has a diverse education history. In 2004, they obtained their Baccalauréat Scientifique with a focus on Mathematics from Lycée de la Vallée de Chevreuse. Charlotte then attended ESSCA from 2007 to 2012, earning a Master's degree in Corporate Finance. In 2010, they pursued a Marketing & Commercial Specialization as part of a Master's degree program at Universidad de Monterrey. In 2015, Charlotte Blot attended Ecole des Vins et Spiritueux, where they obtained a WSET 1 certification. Most recently, in 2017, they completed a Digital Marketing Certificate program at ESCP Business School.
