Wes Uy

Wes Uy currently serves as the Technical Director for the DARPA Division at ECS and as a Microsystems Project Lead at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) since September 2019. With a previous role as a Senior Hardware Design Engineer at Draper from May 2009 to August 2019, Wes Uy has extensive experience in project leadership, mentorship, and business development, focusing on microsystems and supply chain security. Expertise includes sensor systems, radiation hardening by design, and Analog/Mixed-Signal ASIC design, integration, and testing, complemented by EDA proficiency in design, simulation, and layout, as well as ASIC evaluation involving PCB design, bring-up, and test automation. Wes Uy holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Boston University and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University.
