Hayley Davies

Hayley Davies has extensive work experience in the field of compliance. Hayley started their career at Target Group in 2010, where they worked as a Regulatory Development Executive until 2012, and then as a Compliance Advisor until 2014. Following this, they joined GoCo Group as a Senior Compliance Officer from 2014 to 2018, and then as a Compliance Oversight Manager from 2018 to 2020. Currently, they are working at DAS UK Group, where they hold the position of Head Of Compliance Advice since 2021.

Hayley Davies completed a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at Liverpool John Moores University from 2004 to 2007. Subsequently, they pursued a Diploma in Governance, Risk and Compliance from the International Compliance Association (ICA) until 2016.
