Suzanne Casolaro Ley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive leadership, investment, and infrastructure development. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Nobl Search since 2024 and previously at Aperture Partners, Suzanne has focused on executive search within the go-to-market strategy space. Additionally, as an Angel Investor at Pipe since 2020 and a Limited Partner at Dash Fund, Suzanne has been involved in funding innovative FinTech startups. Prior roles include Associate Partner at SwingSearch and VP of Commercial Sales at Adyen, where contributions supported global payment solutions for major companies. Early career at the Inter-American Development Bank and The World Bank centered on infrastructure projects in Latin America, emphasizing community engagement and project management.
