Clare Trites has a diverse range of work experience. Clare began their career at Sobeys, where they worked as a part-time front-end cashier from October 2012 to August 2015. In 2016, they gained further experience as a summer student at the First Congregational Church of Halifax.
In 2018, Clare joined the Regional Residential Services Society as a part-time care provider, a position they held until November 2019. During the summer of 2019, they worked as a customer service associate at Rousseau Chocolatier.
Clare's next role was at Miel et Beurre Breakfast Café, where they worked as both a chef and waiter from September 2020 to January 2021. Clare then pursued an internship at VIDA Living as a social media marketing intern from September 2021 to December 2021. During their time at VIDA Living, Clare focused on developing new social media strategies and campaigns for the company.
Most recently, Clare joined Dash Hudson in March 2022. Clare started as a sales coordinator and later transitioned to the role of sales operations coordinator. The duration of their employment at Dash Hudson is ongoing.
Clare Trites completed a Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation/Recreational Therapy at Dalhousie University from 2014 to 2018. Clare then pursued further education at Nova Scotia Community College (NSCC) from 2019 to 2020, where they earned a degree in Applied Media and Communication Arts. In 2021, Clare enrolled in the Social Marketing Certification program at Hootsuite Academy. Later that same year, they attended George Brown College for the Digital Media Marketing PostGraduate Program, which they completed in 2022.
