Fred de Villamil has a strong and diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Fred has held various leadership roles in reputable companies, demonstrating their expertise in technology and engineering.

Fred's recent experience includes serving as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Data Impact by NielsenIQ since 2020. In this role, they successfully expanded the engineering team and improved the tech stack. Fred also played a significant role in the technical due diligence leading to NielsenIQ's acquisition.

Prior to that, Fred worked as a CTO at MYLI - My Local Influence from 2019 to 2020. During their tenure, they showcased exceptional leadership skills, ensured timely project delivery, and orchestrated a successful transition to Golang and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Fred also served as an Interim VP Engineering at Aircall in 2018, where they reorganized the engineering team, implemented a QA strategy to reduce churn rate, and maintained strong relationships with investors.

Furthermore, Fred's experience includes being the VP Engineering at Ledger, where they spearheaded and scaled multiple engineering teams and achieved significant revenue growth through strategic hiring and implementing agile methodologies.
