John Carroll

John Carroll has worked in the IT industry for over 8 years. John began their career in 2013 at First Derivative, where they held roles such as Managing Consultant, Senior Consultant, Consultant, and Junior Consultant. In 2021, they joined Datactics as the Head of Customer Success.

John Carroll has a diverse educational background. John completed a Bachelor of Arts degree from Queen's University Belfast in 2012, followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Software Development in 2013. John then returned to Queen's University Belfast to pursue a Master of Business Administration, which they are expected to complete in 2023. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications from LinkedIn, including "Economics for Business Leaders" and "Managerial Economics" in September 2022, "Product Management: Building a Product Roadmap" and "Product Management: Building a Product Strategy" in September 2022, "Technical Product Management" in September 2022, "Learning Gradle" in June 2021, "Learning Ansible", "Learning Kubernetes", and "Learning NGINX" in April 2021, "Designing RESTful APIs" in February 2021, and "DevOps Foundations" in February 2020.
