Le Andre Scott is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Dataminr. Le has over five years of experience in recruiting and talent acquisition.

Le Andre started their career as an Engineering Recruiter at Quidsi Inc., a subsidiary of Amazon. Le was responsible for conducting in-depth interviews to assess the skill sets and competencies of candidates. Le also developed and utilized effective recruiting strategies by directly sourcing candidates with the use of social media, online networking sites, employee debriefs, events and alumni networks.

In their role at Amazon, Le Andre worked with finance, hiring managers, senior leadership and HR Business Partners to finalize budget and to develop forecast for future hiring. Le also created and negotiated complex offer packages on behalf of Amazon with applicants at all levels in close coordination with business leadership, finance, and HR. Additionally, they determined compensation structure for offers, managed candidate’s expectations and advised hiring managers on offer packages.

Le Andre also interviewed and trained new recruiting team members. Le oversaw the internal posting process for all jobs in support of and in compliance with OFCCP protocols. In addition, they developed the candidate experience improvement program and HM system training initiatives.

Le Andre Scott would have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology/Music from Rutgers University.
