Senior Developer Advocate at DataStax

Mary Grygleski has a diverse work experience in the field of software development and advocacy. Mary is currently working as a Senior Developer Advocate at DataStax since March 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of President at the Chicago Java Users Group starting from January 2020.

In 2022, Mary also worked as a Lead Developer Advocate at HiveMQ from January to March.

From August 2018 to January 2022, Mary worked at IBM as a Senior Developer Advocate. Earlier in their career, Mary worked as a Technical Lead/Project Manager (consultant) at CBOE from October 2011 to September 2013 and as a Senior I.T. Developer (consultant) at 1to1 Card from July 2012 to October 2012.

Mary Grygleski attended Springfield College from 1984 to 1988 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science. In addition, they obtained a certification in IBM Quantum Conversations from IBM in March 2020.
