Emmanuel Okoro

Emmanuel Okoro has work experience in the field of technology, with a focus on software engineering and data science. Emmanuel began their professional career in 2019 as a Frontend Developer at Izigo.ng, where they were responsible for developing and maintaining the front-end components of the company's website. In 2021, they transitioned to Explore AI as a Data Scientist, where they worked on analyzing and interpreting data to develop insights and recommendations. Currently, Emmanuel is working at Dataswyft as a Software Engineer, where they are involved in analyzing user requirements, writing and documenting codes, as well as developing and executing automated tests using Python and Pytest.

Emmanuel Okoro began their education at Mushin Boys High School Okota Isolo Lagos from 1998 to 2004. Emmanuel then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering at the University of Nigeria, Nsukka, from 2006 to 2011. After completing their undergraduate degree, Emmanuel went on to study at the University of Lagos, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from 2015 to 2017.

In terms of certifications, Emmanuel has obtained several additional qualifications. Emmanuel received the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in June 2022. In October 2022, they completed a certification in "Securing REST API for Web Applications and Services" from Educative, Inc. Emmanuel further expanded their knowledge by obtaining certifications in "Working with Containers: Docker & Docker Compose" from Educative, Inc. in February 2023, and "Web Security and Access Management: JWT, OAuth2 & OpenId Connect" from the same institution in May 2023.

Continuing their education, Emmanuel is currently pursuing a Nanodegree in Cloud DevOps at Udacity, which they began in 2022 and is expected to complete in 2033.
