Maiada El Khalifa

Maiada El Khalifa has been working in the business and finance industry for two decades. Maiada began her career in the travel industry in London then moved to the UAE and continued in the travel industry as a Senior Marketing & Business Development executive.

they then joined Total SA France, Abu Dhabi branch until 2013 as the Head of Budget, Cost Control & Reporting. In 2013, they continued with Total SA as Senior Financial Controller, at head office in Paris, France. Maiada managed over 30 countries of the group ranging from Africa, Asia Pacific and the Middle East. In 2018, Joined the TOTAL Qatar affiliate as Head of Cost Control & Reporting managing the Al Shaheen field in Qatar.

Since 2021, Maiada is the Managing Director and Founder of BoomLeap Consulting and the Chief Executive Officer of Datopian.

Maiada El Khalifa has an extensive educational history from a BA in Business Administration from London to a Diploma in Management Accounting from CIMA- The Institute of Chartered Management Accounting, London. In 2019, they obtained an Executive Master of Business Administrator- Major in Entrepreneurship project accelerator from Babson College. In 2020, and an Executive Master of Business Administration from HEC Paris. Additionally, she has obtained several certifications, including a Design Thinking Certificate and Digital Entrepreneurship Certificate from HEC Paris (2020), an Entrepreneurship Project accelerator (Executive MBA Major)- USA from Babson College (2019), a Diploma in Olfactive design from Cinquieme Sens, Grasse (2021), a Morphology anatomy of live models from ECOLE NATIONALE SUPERIEURE DES BEAUX-ARTS (2014), a Certified Cost Controller from American Academy of Financial Management, and a SAP Key User Training (SAP CO, FI & MM modules) from SAP.
