Nicole Lafreniere

Nicole LaFreniere is a seasoned professional in SaaS data protection, currently serving as Senior Manager of Implementation Services at Datto since January 2018. In this role, Nicole oversees the Americas Implementation Services operation, managing a team of seven direct reports and eight indirect reports to support over 18,000 clients across global markets. Previous positions at Datto include Manager and Senior Implementation Manager, where Nicole successfully led client onboarding and maximized product adoption for high-revenue accounts. Earlier experience includes roles at Autotask Corporation as a Product Support Specialist and at The Hanover Insurance Group as an Associate Claims Adjuster, where Nicole handled complex claims investigations.
