Jimmy Kesters has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Jimmy started their career at Monsanto in 2004 as a Process & Project Engineer and later became a Project Manager, leading and implementing capital projects across Europe and Africa. During their time at Monsanto, they also worked abroad in Romania and Turkey and led a European technology team. In 2011, Jimmy joined the Datwyler Group as a Production Manager Moulding, responsible for coordinating and leading process improvement initiatives. Jimmy later transitioned to the role of Operations Manager Pharma & Plant DPS Manager, where they designed and implemented departmental strategies and developed the Datwyler Production System (DPS) in the plant. Most recently, Jimmy served as the Vice President Global Systems & Processes at Datwyler Group and currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations US Healthcare Solutions.

Jimmy Kesters' education history begins in 1999 when they enrolled at KU Leuven. Jimmy completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Chemical Engineering in 2004. In 2002, they attended Eindhoven University of Technology, where they pursued a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Chemistry, completing it in 2003. Moving forward to 2015, Jimmy attended Vlerick Business School and completed the Management Acceleration Programme in 2016. Finally, in 2017, they enrolled at the University of Louisville, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2018.
