Samuel Miller

Samuel Miller has extensive experience in data engineering, data architecture, and business intelligence. Samuel currently serves as the Modern Data Architecture Competency Lead at Daugherty Business Solutions, where they focus on data architecture, data engineering, database marketing, CRM, and business intelligence. Prior to this, they worked at The Home Depot as a Senior Data Warehousing/Business Intelligence Consultant, where they played a key role in consolidating multiple data sources and improving reporting and campaign management solutions. Samuel also served as a Solutions Architect at Knowledge Tranzfer and a Senior CRM/Data Warehousing Consultant at Harte-Hanks. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior CRM/Business Intelligence Consultant at eAssist Global Solutions and as a Senior Solutions Engineer at E.piphany, Inc.

Samuel Miller earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems from The University of Georgia, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In addition, they obtained several certifications including Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate from Databricks in 2023, Python 101 for Data Science from IBM in 2019, Apache Spark from Udemy in 2019, Tableau Desktop Specialist from Tableau Software in 2019, AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in 2019, and SnowPro Core Certification from Snowflake in 2021.
