Heather Miller

Heather Miller, SPHR, has a diverse range of work experience. Heather is currently Vice President of Human Resources at the Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption, a role they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked at The Ohio State University, where they held various positions including Human Resources Director/HRBP, Interim Human Resources Director, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Generalist from 2013 to 2023. Before joining The Ohio State University, Heather worked at Bricker & Eckler LLP as an HRIS Administrator/Benefits Specialist from 2008 to 2013.
