Jessica Witherspoon

Jessica Witherspoon is an experienced attorney currently employed at Davidson Law Firm since September 2021. Prior roles include Associate at Rose Law Firm, Research Fellow at the National Agriculture Law Center, and Law Clerk at multiple firms, including Williams and Anderson and Mallard & Gardner Law Firm. With a strong background in real estate as a Real Estate Closing Notary and a Litigation Clerk at the Arkansas Municipal League, Jessica has developed expertise in legal documentation, transactional processes, and discovery preparation.
