Dušan Šenkypl

Dušan Šenkypl is an experienced executive and investor with a strong focus on technology and private equity. Currently serving as the CEO and a Board Member at Groupon since July 2022, Šenkypl is also a Partner at Pale Fire Capital, a role held since January 2017, where contributions include supporting technology innovations through robust partnerships with founders. Additionally, Šenkypl owns HC Energie Karlovy Vary, and actively invests in various companies, including Rouvy, AUKRO, Scuk.cz, Mobilní Rozhlas, Zuri, UptimeRobot, and DAVINCI travel system. Educational accomplishments include dual Master's degrees in Informatics and Mathematics from Masaryk University Brno, obtained from 1993 to 1998.
