Jessica Radke Parman

Jessica Radke Parman currently serves as the Director and Senior Corporate Counsel at DaVita Kidney Care since June 2022, focusing on legal guidance in regulatory compliance and health information technology. Prior to this role, Jessica was a Senior Deputy District Attorney at the Colorado First Judicial District Attorney's Office from September 2011 to May 2022, where responsibilities included prosecuting criminal cases and conducting extensive case investigations. Earlier experiences include serving as the City Attorney for the City of Lakewood, handling municipal prosecutions from April 2009 to September 2011, and as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Margie L. Enquist in Colorado, managing substantial legal research and court orders from April 2008 to April 2009. Jessica holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Kansas School of Law and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Healthcare Administration at the University of Northern Colorado.
