Ron Harper

Ron Harper is an experienced construction professional with over 30 years in Construction Project Management and Estimation. Currently serving as the Lead Mechanical Estimator at Day & Zimmermann since June 2023, Ron also holds a position as a Licensed Realtor at Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage, starting in December 2020. Previously, Ron has fulfilled various roles including Estimating Consultant at Harper Pre-Construction Services, Mechanical Estimator at InServ Corp., and Project Manager/Estimator at both Brady and The Mundy Companies. Ron possesses significant expertise in mechanical, piping, HVAC, and structural estimating, having developed comprehensive estimates for industrial and commercial projects across diverse sectors. Educational background includes studies at UNC-Wilmington and East Carolina University.
