Over a career spanning several decades, Passante has directed enterprise-wide initiatives focused on diversity, talent development, and business transformation. Key achievements include the establishment of a program/project management function aimed at operational excellence and cost reduction, as well as leading a global SAP® ERP implementation. Passante has held multiple executive positions, including VP of Program Management at both Day & Zimmermann and Yoh, overseeing significant transformation projects and fostering organizational change.
