Katherine Lui

Katherine Lui has an extensive work experience spanning over 25 years. Katherine started their career as a Chartered Accountant and Senior Manager at KPMG (Canada, China, Hong Kong) in 1993. In 2005, they Co-Founded and became the Head of China Operations at Centerstone Partners, LLC. From 2008 to 2015, they were the Founder and Managing Partner of CanAsia Consulting Group, and the Founder and CEO of CanCan Group from 2015 to 2020. In 2017, they took on the role of Finance Chair at the Entrepreneurs' Organization - Beijing Sanlitun Chapter. Katherine also served as an Expert in Residence at Chinaccelerator from 2015 to 2020. Most recently, they were appointed as the Chief Financial Officer at DayDayCook (Grand Leader Technology Limited) in 2020.

Katherine Lui obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from the University of Toronto - New College in 1987, majoring in Accounting and Marketing. Katherine then went on to pursue their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Schulich School of Business - York University in 1992, specializing in Environmental Accounting. Katherine also obtained a Master of Business Administration - MBA from Chartered Accountant in 1993 with a focus in Environmental accounting. In 1999, they became a Certified Public Accountant (Hong Kong) and in 1994, they became a Certified Public Accountant (USA).
