Melody Ann Arellano is a seasoned professional in Learning and Development with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Learning & Leadership Development at Dayforce since July 2024, Melody is responsible for crafting and managing leadership development programs that foster continuous learning and drive organizational growth.
