Sundaresan Krishnamurthy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and customer experience in the banking sector. Currently serving as the VP of Change & Customer Experience for Self Service Banking at DBS Bank since August 2018, Sundaresan leads programs aimed at enhancing customer journeys and implementing omnichannel strategies while mentoring new graduate associates. Prior to DBS Bank, Sundaresan held various pivotal roles at Citi from June 2004 to August 2018, including Transformation Lead for Retail Banking across Asia Pacific and EMEA, where key responsibilities involved spearheading digital transformation initiatives and overseeing branch innovations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Madras.
