Janaina Palliano

Janaina Palliano has worked for two companies, DBServer and Unimed Porto Alegre. Janaina began working for DBServer in 2019, where they held the roles of Outsourcing Project Manager, Analista de projetos, and Assistente administrativo. Prior to that, they worked for Unimed Porto Alegre since 2016 as an Assistente.

Janaina Palliano completed a Curso Superior de Tecnologia (CST) in Tecnologia da Informação from the IERGS/UNIASSELVI between 2017 and 2019. Janaina has also obtained additional certifications such as Design Thinking from FIAP in 2022, Gestão de Backlog from Canal Valor, Liderança Virtual e Remota from INPRO Instituto Projeção, Gestão Ágil - Liderando a mudança em um ambiente de agilidade from Alura, and Competências Profissionais, Emocionais e Tecnológicas para tempos de Mudança from PUC-RS.
