Nicole Maxwell Ma

Nicole Maxwell is a dedicated mental health professional currently serving as a DBT Program Clinician and Skills Facilitator at the DBT Center of Orange County, where foundational training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy is being pursued while co-facilitating an Intensive Outpatient Program and providing individual skills coaching. Previous experience includes working as a Psychometrician at NRC Research Institute, where clinical intakes and various cognitive and personality assessments were conducted, and as a Paraprofessional - Behavior Specialist at The Stepping Stones Group, LLC, supporting students with behavioral disabilities.
