Colleen Gillespie is a Marketing and Events Manager at DC Central Kitchen. Colleen is also the Founder of Dinner's On Me LLC, a meal delivery service and personal catering company based in the South Jersey area. With a background in various roles including General Manager, Bartender, and Tour Guide, Colleen brings a wealth of experience in the food and beverage industry. Colleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on International Economics and Finance from The Catholic University of America.
