Bradley Porter, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Bradley started their career at Zurich North America as a Computer Programmer and .Net Developer from 1998 to 2008. In 2008, they joined KeyLogic Systems as a Senior Developer.

From 2012 to the present, Bradley has worked at DCCA, where they have held various positions. Bradley began as a Technical Lead for the Medicaid Budget & Expenditure System (MBES) team, providing technical leadership and coordinating process improvements between developers and QA engineers. In 2016, they transitioned to the role of Technical Lead for CMS, where they provided project management services for Pharmacy O&M activities and technical leadership assistance for application and release implementation activities.

In 2018, Bradley became a Project Manager at DCCA, managing a team of over 40 members in support of the Medicaid Drug Programs (MDP) contract. Bradley was responsible for an $8M annual budget and various reporting responsibilities. Recently, in 2021, they assumed the role of Operations Manager at DCCA.

Throughout their career, Bradley has demonstrated their ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and handle complex reporting requirements.

Bradley Porter, PMP, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Virginia Tech, which they obtained from 1987 to 1991. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications related to project management. Bradley earned the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in March 2017. Furthermore, they obtained the Certified ScrumMaster certification from the Scrum Alliance in April 2016. Most recently, in November 2022, Bradley obtained the Agile Hybrid Project Pro certification from the Project Management Institute.
