Shirley Chalupa

Shirley Chalupa, PE, SE, is a Principal at DCI Engineers, where responsibilities include managing engineers and CAD designers, as well as facilitating communication with clients and contractors throughout the design and construction phases. With prior experience as a Project Engineer at KPFF Consulting Engineers and Weidlinger Associates, Inc., Shirley has a solid foundation in engineering project management. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Engineering in Structural Engineering from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Tri-State University.
