Matt Stanton

Matt Stanton has over 20 years of work experience, starting as an Assistant Store Manager at Phones 4u in 2003. Matt progressed through various roles within the company, eventually becoming a Trading Operations Manager. Their experience also includes roles at Shop Direct Group, Stellar Evolution, and DCS Group (UK) Ltd, where they held positions such as Senior Operations Manager, Consultant, and Head of Category and Insight. Matt has demonstrated success in leading commercial teams, managing budgets, negotiating deals, and overseeing operational efficiency. Matt has a proven track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.

Matt Stanton completed their A-Levels in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and General Studies at King Edward VI Camp Hill from 1992 to 1999. Matt then pursued a BSc in Psychology at the University of Birmingham from 2000 to 2003. In 2015, they obtained a BTEC Level 3 Award in Education and Training from Sutton Coldfield Training. Additionally, in 2014, they earned a Diploma in Coaching and NLP from Delta TCC, and in 2013, they completed an NLP Practitioner course at Strategem+. Matt also achieved a NEBSM Level 3 Certificate in Supervisory Management from Pershore Business School in 1999.
