Sarah Walklate

Sarah Walklate has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Sarah is currently working at De Beers Group as the Senior Vice President, People Operations. Before this role, they served as the Head of Human Resources Operations and as the Lead HR Business Partner for the company. Prior to joining De Beers Group, Sarah worked as the Global Human Resources Manager at The Dune Group from 2016 to 2019. Before that, they were a People Partner at Warehouse Fashions from 2014 to 2016. Sarah also gained experience as an Employee Relations Specialist at The Adecco Group in 2014. Sarah started their career at Hotel Chocolat as a Retail HR Advisor and later as a Trainee HR Advisor in various roles from 2007 to 2014. Overall, Sarah has expertise in HR operations, employee engagement, people management, and handling conflict resolution.

Sarah Walklate completed a Foundation Certificate in HR Practice at North Hertfordshire College from 2011 to 2012. Sarah then went on to earn an Intermediate Diploma in HR Management (ASSOC CIPD) from the same college from 2012 to 2013.
