Jetze Kempenaar has a vast range of experience in various leadership roles, including being the CEO of Farmel Dairy Business and the Executive President/CEO of Rabobank Noordoostpolder-Urk. Currently, Kempenaar is the Co-owner of Geohita B.V, Owner of Jetze Management & Consultancy, and a member of the Board of Trustees at De Meerpaal. Additionally, Kempenaar has served in roles such as Vistage Chair Executive Coaching and as a member of the Board of Trustees at Stichting Cultuurbedrijf Noordoostpolder.
