Michelle Baier, MS, CLC, possesses extensive experience in the healthcare sector, specializing in quality improvement and care management. Since July 2008, Michelle has held multiple roles at Dean Health Plan, Inc., progressing from Care Management Specialist to Quality Improvement Consultant. Prior to this, positions included Program Manager for First Breath and various teaching roles at Kennedy Heights Community Center. Michelle's educational background includes a Master of Science in Health Communication from Boston University, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Upper Iowa University, and certification as a Nursing Assistant from Madison Area Technical College.
