Erin Williams has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2018, they started as a Scholarship Intern at Triangle Community Foundation, where they gained valuable experience. Erin then joined Myers Park Presbyterian Church in 2019 as a Membership Information Coordinator, handling important administrative tasks. In 2021, Erin transitioned into the digital marketing field and worked as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Townsquare Interactive. Erin then moved on to Ekos, where they held multiple roles in a customer success management capacity, including Customer Success Associate, Customer Success Manager, Team Lead, and Manager. Currently, Erin is working at DebtBook as a Client Success Manager, demonstrating their strong abilities in customer service and relationship management.
